Commercial Use of Public Information Progress Report
The Government is required to report on progress to the Domestic Affairs (Public Engagement and Delivery of Services) Sub-Committee (DA(PED)), against each of the recommendations in the Commercial Use of Public Sector Information (CUPI), every six months.
Responsibility for implementing the recommendations is shared between Office of Public Sector Information, HM Treasury and Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR). Government is required to report on progress against each of the recommendations in the CUPI Report, every six months.
