The Department of the Environment makes the following Bye-Laws in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 65(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1).

Citation and commencement

1.  These Bye-Laws may be cited as the Taxis (Enniskillen) (Revocation) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 25th July 2008.

Revocation

2.  The Taxis (Enniskillen) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 2006(2) are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Bye-Laws)

These Bye-Laws revoke the Taxis (Enniskillen) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 2006. The effect of the revocation is to abolish the taxi stands at Paget Lane.
